Sutton Harbour Group PLC - Plymouth, England-based harbour operator - Says trading continues to make a strong recovery with sustained, high levels of occupancy. At the marinas, occupancy is now reaching capacity. Car parking revenue is back to the peak trading levels of two years ago.
At March 31, its owner occupied portfolio is valued at £36.1 million, up from £29.5 million at the same time the previous year. Its investment property portfolio valuation rises to £18.0 million from £17.8 million. The company's total portfolio sees a 14% increase on its valuation, rising to £54.2 million from £47.3 million.
