Gear4Music said on Monday that Chief Executive Officer Andrew Wass bought 50,000 shares in the online musical instruments and equipment retailer, spending £92,500.
Wass purchased the shares at 185 pence each in a single transaction on Monday, raising his total holding to 4.8 million shares. This is approximately 23% of the issued share capital.
Gear4Music was trading 1.2% higher in London on Monday afternoon at 187.20 pence.
