S4 Capital PLC on Tuesday announced the acquisition of Los Angeles-based TheoremOne LLC, planning to integrate the technology services firm with subsidiary MediaMonks Multimedia Holding BV.
‘The merger augments its technology services and consulting capabilities and expands its client base,’ London-based advertising and marketing agency firm S4 Capital explained.
The companies did not disclose financial details of the deal.
TheoremOne posted revenue of $58 million in 2021 with almost 40% growth, S4 Capital said. TheoremOne helps clients such as American Express Co, AT&T Inc, Intel Corp, Starbucks Corp and Caterpillar Inc to conceptualise and manage their digital products and services, S4 Capital explained.
‘We at S4 Capital are building a genuinely integrated offer for our clients comprising best-in-class technology services combined with content and data & digital media expertise,’ S4 Capital Executive Chair & Founder Martin Sorrell said.
Sorrell also founded larger ad agency rival WPP PLC, leaving in 2018.
S4 Capital shares were 2.5% higher at 292.60 pence each in London on Tuesday morning.
