Xtract Resources PLC- mining company focused on Africa and Australia - Receives results from drilling of two further drill holes from the phase two diamond drilling programme at the Bushranger copper-gold exploration project.
Best results include 12 metres at a grade of 0.88% copper equivalent from 600 metres.
The holes offer potential for significant intervals of along-strike copper mineralisation to extend close to surface at Ascot, in order to upgrade the open pit potential of the prospect.
‘I am pleased that we are adding real strike to the Ascot deposit and increasing our understanding of the system. Both holes intersected mineralisation and once again short interval gold intercepts were encountered, indicating a good potential for gold at Ascot,’ said Executive Chair Colin Bird.
