Tesco PLC said on Wednesday that two members of the executive committee sold a total of 191,463 shares in the Welwyn Garden City-headquartered retailer.
Chief Executive Central Europe Matt Simister sold 120,875 at a price of £2.8634 on Tuesday, worth £346,113. On the same day, Jason Tarry, CEO of UK & ROI, sold 70,588 shares at the same price, worth £202,122.
Tesco was trading 2.8% lower in London on Wednesday mid-afternoon at 270.40 pence.
