City Pub Group PLC said on Wednesday that Chief Operating Officer Toby Smith bought 60,000 shares in the London-based pub chain.
Smith purchased the shares at 94 pence each in a single a transaction on Tuesday, for a total cost of £56,400. Following this, he holds less than a 0.1% stake in the firm.
City Pub Group was trading 0.3% higher at 94.30p in London on Wednesday mid-afternoon.
