Spectra Systems Corp - Rhode Island, US-based authentication technology provider - Chief Financial Officer and Company Treasurer Brian McLain announces his intention to resign from his position. McLain was appointed CFO in January 2017. He will remain in his position until June 3 while the board considers its succession options.
Chief Executive Nabil Lawandy says: ‘We are confident we will attract highly qualified candidates and be successful in appointing a new CFO in the very near term.’
Current stock price: 148.40 pence, up 1.3% in London on Friday
