Perth-based gold mining company Resolute Mining Ltd said Terry Holohan has been formally promoted to chief executive officer and managing director, effective from Monday.
Holohan is succeeding Stuart Gale, who had held the positions of CEO and managing director since May of last year.
Holohan joined the company in May 2021 as chief operating officer, from PT Archi Indonesia.
Geoff Montgomery has replaced Holohan as acting COO, after joining Resolute Mining as a general manager in July.
Shares in Resolute Mining were 3.9% higher at 18.20 pence in London on Monday morning.
