Tekmar Group PLC - Darlington-based offshore energy industry services provider - Wins a deal to provide an integrated engineering solution for an offshore wind farm in the US in 2023. The contract with an undisclosed sum ‘strengthens our position in the US offshore wind market and represents an important milestone in expanding our geographical presence, a key driver of our growth strategy,’ explains Chief Executive Officer Alasdair MacDonald. The contract highlights the firm's ‘range of in-house engineering capabilities to address complex engineering challenges and de-risk cable protection projects,’ he adds.
