Capita PLC - London-based outsourcing services - Secures five year contract to provide customer support services to ScottishPower customers across the UK. Says the contract is worth up to £63 million over the five year period. Says contract starts in June.
Chief Executive Jon Lewis adds: ‘As well as reflecting our ability to win new scopes of work, this contract adds to the healthy book of new revenue we have now secured for 2022.’
