Ocean Outdoor Ltd - London-based digital out-of-home advertising firm - Says it expects acquisition by New York-based investment company Atairos to become effective on June 14, should it gain shareholder approval at general meeting convened for June 13.
The company confirmed that it was evaluating a potential sale in February, following interest and conditional offers received.
