Bank of Georgia Group PLC - Tbilisi, Georgia-based lender - Notes its subsidiary, JSC Bank of Georgia, signed a $50 million additional tier 1 capital perpetual subordinated syndicated facility. The European Bank for Reconstruction & Development and Swedfund International AB are the lenders. Expects the facility to be included in the additional tier 1 capital of the bank. Says it will provide the bank with an opportunity to further diversify its capital structure from a foreign currency perspective.
