Pershing Square Holdings Ltd - Guernsey-based Investment holding company focused on North American companies - Announces redemption all of its outstanding 5.5% senior notes due 2022 on June 15. The outstanding notes total $630.6 million, firm explains. ‘PSH has instructed the Bank of New York Mellon, as the trustee for the 2022 notes, to distribute a notice of redemption to all holders of the 2022 notes,’ Pershing adds.
