Next Fifteen buys Green Leads and IT Telemarketing Services

ALN

Next Fifteen Communications Group PLC on Monday said it has bought Green Leads Holdings LLC and IT Telemarketing Services Ltd to strengthen its largest businesses in its Customer Delivery unit.

Next Fifteen said it closed the deals through its subsidiaries, buying outstanding membership interests of Green Leads Holdings via Activate Marketing Services LLC and IT Telemarketing Services Ltd through Agent 3 Ltd.

It did not disclose an acquisition price for either deal, but did note it will issue 73,556 shares at 2.5 pence each to complete the Green Leads takeover.

Green Leads generated revenue of $4.5 million in 2021, and IT Telemarketing had a revenue of £1.2 million in the year ended February 28, Next Fifteen added.

Commenting on the deal, Chief Executive Officer Tim Dyson said: ‘Both are focused on first party data in the last mile of the lead generation process and offer services that we had previously outsourced. These deals will enable both businesses to offer a better, more integrated set of products in this high growth area of our business.’

Meanwhile, for the quarter ended April 30, Next Fifteen reported 68% total revenue growth, to £130 million.

The London-based growth consultant is currently in the process of buying London-based advertising agency M&C Saatchi PLC in a deal worth £310.1 million in total.

Next Fifteen Communications Group shares were 1.3% higher at 1,114.00 pence each in London on Monday morning.
