BSF Enterprise PLC - UK-based company seeking acquisition target within the innovation marketing and technology sector - Hires Graham Duncan as chief financial officer, effective immediately. Duncan is a chartered accountant with more than 20 years' capital markets experience, BSF says. Chair Min Yang says: ‘He brings considerable finance and accounting experience which will be of great benefit as we look to build on our recent acquisition of 3D Bio-Tissues.’
BSF debuted on the London Main Market late last month, raising £1.8 million to go towards expanding 3D Bio-Tissues Ltd in areas such as lab-grown meat and leather.
BSF also says its new London office, located on Old Burlington Street in London, has opened on Monday.
Current stock price: down 3.2% at 7.26 pence in London; initial public offering price was 7.37p
