IN BRIEF: GreenRoc to begin phase two drilling in Greenland soon

ALN

GreenRoc Mining PLC - miner focused mineral projects in Greenland - Will commence phase two drilling operation at the Amitsoq Island Graphite Project in southern Greenland later this month. The operation is expected to last for 12 weeks. GreenRoc plans to drill up to 27 holes with the aim of increasing and upgrading the current maiden resource of 8.28 tonnes at 19.75% graphitic carbon.

Interim Chief Executive Lars Brunner says: ‘We've confirmed that Amitsoq hosts a graphite resource that has one of the highest average grades globally, which can be upgraded to a more than 99.95% pure graphite product, making it extremely desirable to EV lithium-ion battery producers.’

Alba Mineral Resources PLC, which holds a 54% majority interest in GreeenRoc, noted the announcement on Monday.
