Sirius Real Estate Ltd - operator of business parks, offices and industrial complexes in Germany - Expects its total dividend to rise to between 4.389 rand cents and 4.427 cents for the financial year ended March 31, representing an increase of 16% to 17% compared to 3.800 cents in the prior year.
The higher payout is predominantly due to an increase in funds from operations. The company expects to release full-year results next Monday.
