Burnley, Lancashire-based Velocity Composites PLC on Wednesday said Finance Director Chris Williams will leave the company at the end of December.
Williams joined the supplier of composite materials for aerospace manufacturers in August 2020 as finance director.
Velocity said: ‘Williams remains committed to the group until his departure and will provide an orderly handover to the company's new group finance director.’
The board will commence the process to find a successor shortly, it added.
Shares in Velocity were up 2.1% to 19.90 each in London on Wednesday afternoon.
