Greencoat UK Wind PLC on Monday said it has renewed its investment management agreement with Greencoat Capital LLP by four years from April 1.
The London-based renewable energy infrastructure investor added that some changes have been made to the pact. Fees charged in respect of net asset value over £3 billion have been reduced to 0.7%.
Greencoat Capital has been Greencoat UK Wind's investment manager since it became a public company in 2013. ‘During that period, UKW has delivered a market-leading total return to shareholders of approximately 150% including 59.7p per share in dividends,’ Greencoat UK Wind said.
Greencoat UK shares were 0.2% higher at 155.55 pence each in London on Monday morning.
