Four London-listed venture capital trusts on Monday have received proceeds from the sale of their investments in Media Business Insight Holdings Ltd.
Mobeus Income & Growth VCT PLC has sold its investment in Media Business Insight for £4.9 million. Income & Growth VCT PLC has sold its investment in MBI for £5.6 million, while Mobeus Income & Growth 4 VCT has received £4.0 million, and Mobeus Income & Growth 2 VCT has received £2.9 million.
The four VCTs are managed by Gresham House Asset Management Ltd after Mobeus Equity Partners LLP agreed in September last year to sell the business to Gresham House.
