The following is a round-up of London-listed company director and manager changes announced on Tuesday and not separately reported by Alliance News:

Calnex Solutions PLC - West Lothian, Scotland-based provider of test and measurement solutions for the telecommunications sector - George Elliott will retire as chair and leave the board at the annual general meeting on August 17, having served for nine years. Non-Executive Director Stephen Davidson will replace Elliott as chair. Davidson joined the board in January, having previously chaired London and Johannesburg listings including Actual Experience PLC, RBG Holdings PLC, Jaywing PLC and Datatec Ltd.

ProBiotix Health PLC - Wakefield, England-based firm developing probiotics to tackle cardiovascular disease, high blood pressure, and other lifestyle conditions - Hires Steen Andersen as chief executive officer, replacing current CEO Stephen O'Hara, who will remain at ProBiotix ‘to focus on finding and developing new technologies that will provide the pipeline of new products and applications to ensure future growth’. O'Hara will join the company after his notice period. He has been president of Deerland Probiotics & Enzymes, which was acquired in November by US nutrition firm ADM, formerly known as Archer Daniels Midland Co.

Spectra Systems Corp - Rhode Island, US-based authentication technology provider - Hires Colleen Hamill as chief financial officer, replacing Brian McLain, who Spectra previously said had resigned effective June 3. Doesn't say when Hamill will start. She most recently was global controller at Harvard Bioscience Inc.
