London & Associated Properties PLC - investor in shopping centres and other retail properties - Sells its leasehold interest in the Kings Square, West Bromwich shopping centre to Sandwell Council for £4.8 million. This represents a 5% discount to the 2021 year-end valuation. Plans to reinvest the proceeds in new real estate. Says completion is scheduled for July 29.
