FRP Advisory Group PLC - London-based corporate finance, restructuring and debt adviser - Proposes placing of at least 27.8 million shares at a price of 140 pence per share, totalling £39.0 million, for which Cenkos Securities will act as sole bookrunner.
Proceeds will go towards strengthening the company's balance sheet and provide additional capital for future acquisitions.
