Caspian Sunrise PLC - Kazakhstan-focused oil & gas exploration and production company - Says UK High Court of England and Wales confirmed the capital reduction approved by Caspian Sunrise shareholders in April. The company will now cancel its share premium and deferred shares.
Caspian Sunrise explains this ‘will create positive distributable reserves and remove the last technical block to the future declaration of dividends.’ Back in May, Caspian Sunrise said that it intends to make dividend distributions on a quarterly basis starting in July.
