Trafalgar Property Group PLC - Kent-based residential homes developer - Exchanges contracts on a scheme in Speldhurst, Kent which has planning permission for a large detached property. Intends to reapply for planning permission for a one- and two-bedroomed apartments with off-street parking. Also says planning approval for its development in Letterhead, Surrey for eight two-bedroomed apartments is still being processed, with a decision expected later in the year. Confirms certain properties are retained for investment purposes, and are all fully let with no void periods.
