HgCapital Trust PLC - technology-focused investment trust that participates in the private equity investments of manager Hg - Notes Ideagen PLC's announcement that all resolutions at the court meeting and general meeting in relation to its acquisition by Hg Pooled Management Ltd were approved with a majority. The meetings were held on Thursday.
The court meeting was to consider the scheme, and the general meeting considered the special resolution in regard to the takeover.
Hg Pooled Management is a subsidiary of Hg, HgCapital's manager.
