DP Eurasia NV - Amsterdam-based master franchisee of Domino's Pizza brand in Turkey, Russia, Azerbaijan and Georgia - Non-executive directors Shyam Bhartia, Hari Bhartia and Pratik Pota buy 761,830 shares via Jubilant FoodWorks Netherlands BV at 55 pence, worth £419,007, on Friday last week. Jubliant had bought 230,000 shares in late May. It now has 63.5 million shares, a 44% stake.
