Pembroke VCT PLC - venture capital trust that invests in companies in design, education, food, beverage & hospitality, wellness, digital services and media sectors - Reports net asset value per share of 126.0 pence at March 31, up from 116.1p a year before. NAV total return for the year is 13%. Declares 5.0p interim dividend and increases average annual dividend payment per share target to 5.0p per share from 3.0p effective from the 2023 financial year. ‘The board is pleased to report a strong performance in the year despite the extended challenges of Covid-19,’ it says.
Separately says it plans to launch new subscription offer for 'B' shares in the 22/23 and 23/24 tax years.
