Inspecs Group PLC - Bath, England-based eyewear - Chief Executive Officer Robin Totterman buys 34,482 shares at 290 pence, worth £99,998, on Wednesday. Totterman now interested in 18.6 million shares, a 18.3% stake. Inspecs on Wednesday says its pretax loss narrows to $9.1 million in 2021 from $11.2 million in 2020, as revenue multiplies to $246.5 million from $47.4 million. Declares maiden dividend of 1.25p per share.
