Gemfields Group Ltd - London-headquartered gemstones supplier - Promises engagement after more than a quarter of its shareholders voted against the remuneration policy at the annual general meeting held on Wednesday. In a non-binding advisory vote, about 27% shareholders opposed the endorsement of the company's remuneration policy. All shareholders approved the appointment of Ernst & Young LLP as the company's auditor and authorised directors of the company to fix their remuneration.
