GB Group PLC - Chester, England-based identity data intelligence firm - Audax Management Co sold 5.0 million shares of GB Group at 400 pence per share, worth £20 million, in a placing run by Numis Securities Ltd as sole bookrunner. The sale represented a 2.0% stake in the identity data intelligence firm. Audax retains 4.6 million shares, a 1.8% stake. The plan for the sale was first announced after the London market close on Wednesday.
