Gemfields Group Ltd - London-headquartered gemstones supplier - Cancels the issue of 1.4 million new shares. Earlier in the day, the company said it had issued and allotted 1.4 million new shares following the exercise of share options by Toby Hewitt, its company secretary and general counsel. The group now says Hewitt has cancelled his share options exercise and accordingly the company has cancelled the issue of 1.4 million shares.
