Keras Resources PLC - mine developer focused on West Africa and US - Calls general meeting for July 25, when it already is holding its annual general meeting, for shareholders to approve a 100-into-1 share consolidation. The number of Keras shares will be reduced to 79.7 million from 7.97 billion. Keras says the resulting increase in share price should help improve the liquidity of its shares, narrowing the bid and ask share price spread.
