Anglo American PLC - miner of diamonds, platinum, copper, iron ore and other commodities - Agrees non-binding terms with First Mode Holding Inc to combine Anglo's nuGen hydrogen-powered, zero-emissions haulage offering with First Mode's specialist engineering technology company. Deal would include Anglo American investing in combined business. ‘The new combined business would retain the First Mode name as an independent business and prioritise developing nuGen,’ Anglo adds.
