Bank of Georgia Group PLC - Tbilisi, Georgia-based lender - Subsidiary JSC Bank of Georgia buys back $16.2 million notes due 2023. The notes were issued in July 2016. Following the repurchase, Bank of Georgia holds $103.3 million of the 2023 notes, 30% of the number issued.
