JPEL Private Equity Ltd - Guernsey-based investment company - Moves to next phase of company's strategic plan to maximise shareholder value.
Company will start with the objective of reducing its ongoing charges. From the start of its current financial year since July 1, JPEL will change its reporting frequency from monthly to quarterly.
Remind shareholders that JPEL to continue its run-off portfolio organically, and will revisit options once net asset value reaches $30 million.
