ECR Minerals PLC - gold explorer with assets in Australia - Says it may potentially dispose of some non-core assets. The company outlined an updated strategic plan with a series of actions for the year ahead at the Proactive One2One Investor Forum on Tuesday evening in London. Says it remains focused on delivering the next multi-million ounce discovery. Additionally, says prospect at Bailieston gold project is ‘highly prospective’.

Chief Executive Officer Andrew Haythorpe says: ‘Having undergone a significant transition during the first part of 2022, ECR Minerals is now at an exciting and pivotal stage in its evolution as a gold exploration company. Your board is confident that by actioning the disposals and strategy outlined above, we can streamline the business and ensure we have the resources in place to deliver on our objectives.’
