Indivior PLC - Richmond, Virginia-based pharmaceutical firm - Amends existing relationship agreement with largest shareholder Scopia Channel Management LP.
On Friday last week, Scopia reduced its interest in the company to 9.7%, below the 10% threshold and from 17% when the agreement was signed.
Indivior and Scopia has agreed to continue the relationship agreement until the end of 2023, while the term is changed so that it will be terminated when Scopia's interest comes below 5% of Indivior's equity.
