AEX Gold Inc - Toronto-based Greenland-focused gold mining company - Changes name to Amaroq Minerals Ltd, effective Tuesday. Company's ticker on the TSX Venture Exchange and AIM will be AMRQ once the change takes effect.
In May, the company said that the name change reflects both its focus on Greenland, where the name means 'Arctic Wolf', and the mining licences it holds in strategic minerals as well as gold.
Current stock price: 41.00 pence each, up 1.2% on Monday
