Bonhill Group PLC - London-based media company specialising in business information, events and data analytics - Confirms Patrick Ponsford as permanent chief executive officer after a period as interim CEO. The company says Ponsford has over 30 years of experience in B2B publishing, including three years at Last Word Media prior to being bought by Bonhill in April 2020. Ponsford says: ‘The new financial services focused business that will emerge after completion of the BSG divestiture will be less complex and capital intensive and with higher margin. I believe that shareholders should see significantly enhanced returns over the next 18 months once the divestiture of BSG is complete.’
