Eleco PLC - London-based construction software developer - Hires Neil Pritchard as its new chief financial officer, starting in October. Pritchard will join from Corero Network Security PLC, where he has resigned from his CFO position. Corero says it has begun a process to appoint a successor and a further announcement will be made in due course.
Eleco Chief Executive Officer Jonathan Hunter says: ‘Neil's substantial international public company experience in technology driven businesses will be valuable to us as we focus on continued and sustainable growth, both from organic and inorganic sources. We look forward to him joining the Eleco team and benefiting from his excellent skills and experience.’
Pritchard has previously been group financial director at technology business CML Microsystems PLC. He has also been finance director of the UK and Eire division of the DAX-listed group Continental AG.
