Supply@Me Capital PLC - London-based inventory monetisation platform - Issues third tranche of shares under equity funding facility with Venus Capital SA, with £675,000 raised in issue of 1.4 million shares at 0.05 each pence. Will issue Venus one warrant for every two shares in the tranche, for a total of 5.6 million warrants over the three tranches. Warrants are exercisable at 0.065p until December 31 2025. The facility is part of the firm's capital enhancement plan.
