R&Q Insurance Holdings Ltd - Bermuda-based specialty non-life insurance - Changes name from Randall & Quilter Investment Holdings Ltd, following shareholder approval at annual general meeting last week. Last month, R&Q raised $125 million in a share offer to pay down debt. The equity raise followed shareholder rejection of a £482 million takeover offer from 23% shareholder Brickell PC Insurance Holdings.
