Predator Oil & Gas Holdings PLC - operator of Guercif petroleum agreement onshore Morocco and developer of onshore fields in Trinidad - H2Green Power Ltd sells 1.8 million shares, a 0.6% stake, at 9 pence, worth £160,713, on Tuesday. Predator Executive Chair Paul Griffiths is a director and significant shareholder of H2Green Power, and his interest in Predator is reduced to 14.6% from 15.4% as a result. H2Green sells its shareholding ‘to remove any potential conflicts of interest between the two entities and to provide funding for the development of H2Green's business’, Predator says.
