Croda International PLC - Yorkshire, England-based chemicals maker - Senior Independent Director Helena Ganczakowski will retire from the board on April 26 2023, after the firm's annual general meeting. Ganczakowski has served at the company for nine years, and will continue in her role until her retirement from the board, Croda says.
