Home REIT PLC - London-based homeless accommodation investor - Joins the FTSE 250 index from the FTSE SmallCap Index.
On Wednesday, FTSE Russell said that Vivo Energy PLC will leave the FTSE 250 index, making room for Home REIT. It joins Harbour Energy PLC, which was included on the index from Thursday, having recently been demoted from the FTSE 100 to make space for GSK PLC spin-off Haleon PLC.
