Osirium Technologies PLC - Berkshire, England-based cybersecurity firm - Signs a three-year privileged access management licence extension with an existing customer. The extension represents 30% of the total bookings achieved by the firm in 2021 and has a total value of £500,000. The unnamed customer, described as a ‘global asset manager’, commits to use the licence to protect 4,500 devices for another three years. The fee will be reflected in the bookings and cash in the current year, with revenue recognised over the next three years.

Current stock price: 6.54 pence, up 14% in London on Wednesday
