Braveheart Investment Group PLC - Barnsley, South Yorkshire-based investor in small- and medium-sized businesses - Acquires 7.9% interest in London-based architectural and interior design services provider Aukett Swanke Group PLC, equal to 13.0 million shares from Braveheart Director Trevor Brown for £219,082.
The purchase is funded by the issue of 2.0 million Braveheart shares to Brown, which will bring his total interest to 7.1 million shares, equal to a 13% interest in Braveheart.
Braveheart now has 55.7 million shares issued overall.
