Advanced Oncotherapy PLC - London-based provider of proton therapy for cancer treatment - Raises £550,691 through direct subscription of 2.2 million shares at a price of 25 pence per share.
Issue price reflects 11% premium to closing price of 22.50 pence on Tuesday.
Proceeds from the subscription will go towards general corporate purposes as the company progresses towards having an operational LIGHT system operating at 230 MeV at the end of summer.
Advanced Oncotherapy now has 501.4 million shares issued overall.
