Ashtead Group PLC - London-based industrial equipment rental company - Via subsidiary Ashtead Capital Inc, while conduct a private offering of a single series of benchmark-sized senior notes.
The terms and timing of the offering, including the final aggregate principal amount will be dependent on market conditions.
Proceeds from the offering will towards repaying a part of the outstanding borrowings under the First Priority senior secured credit facility.
